This is CMPOUND's premier 12-week course. This involves discussion, mentoring, writing and recording. We aim to develop students thinking on varioius topics ranging from Dreams & Aspirations to Role Models. Students are able to develop their thinking and build new skills.

Unleash your creative potential through tailored writing and recording sessions. CMPOUND has ran sessions in schools, prisons and youth clubs throughout the country. We have also partnered with the MOBO Awards to deliver session in the run up to the 2024 Sheffield Awards.

CMPOUND has developed a program focusing on issues faced by young men in the modern day. From Attitudes Towards Women, to Gang Culture, to Toxic Masculinity, we aim to provide a safe and positive space for students to voice their opinions and engage in personal development.
