A key figure in the Sheffield music scene, Seppy has been active for over 10 years working with many different artists from the UK and internationally. Seppy has had records on BBC Radio 1, topped iTunes charts and has amassed millions of streams over his career. He is also passionate about working with young people. With over 10 years experience working in a variety of support roles in numerous Sheffield schools, Pupil referral units, youth clubs and prisons, Seppy has a wealth of knowledge and professional experience that is relevant to the work CMPOUND does.

Sheffield to South Korea, Stefan's career in education has taken him around the globe. 8 years as a volunteer youth worker built a wealth of knowledge interacting with teenagers. This was then formalised in teaching English in South Korea followed by teaching Maths in Sheffield in a Pupil Referral Unit. From here Stefan and Conor set up
